Each Lucky Draw Bag includes two parts:
• 1 pair of handmade resin snap clips (valued at $4.5)
• 1 lucky draw prize matched from the Lucky Draw Menu
Lucky draw prizes may include items such as hair accessories, jewellery, DIY kits, and other Mango Jelly products valued up to $20 each.

We open the bags in our studio.

The charm token is matched with the Lucky Draw Menu to reveal your prize.

Your snap clips and prize items are packed and shipped.

Important:
Each lucky bag will be opened in our studio to reveal the prize. Only the snap clips and the prize item will be sent to the customer. The mystery bag and charm token are used for the lucky draw process and will not be included in the package.

We use Australia Post as our primary shipping provider. Tracking information is provided for all orders unless discounted shipping services are specifically discussed and agreed upon by the customer.
