General Processing time:
We usually process your order within 1-2 business days during the week. Some handcraft items may need additional time to prepare. Please allow extra time during peak seasons. Express parcels will be process first. 
MANGO JELLY Australia are not held responsible for:
  • Wrong delivery address given by customers
  • Damage to orders by delivery company (If you need help, please let us know)
  • Delay in transition due to limited services
  • Stolen packages after delivery (Please consider if 'safe drop' is secure in your environment)

Trackings:
After the order is completed, you will then receive a confirmation email with valid tracking number. You can check your order status and item location via Australia Post. 
 
Exchange, Return & Refund
Flat rate return available for: $8.50
( 1.You can either print your own label and drop it off at street post box
or
2. present the QR code to Australia Post in person
You may Exchange & Refund your items with 30 days after purchased was made. You will need to fill up the Exchange & refund form to do so. 
In order to request Exchange or Refund, all items need to be:
  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • Unused, unopen in its (their) original packaging
  • In its (their) original conditions

 All customers are responsible for Return Postage (return to our studio), please provide tracking number for return parcel as we are not responsible for lost item during transition. We will only process the Exchange or Refund after we receive the item(s).
