Shipping policy

We use Australia Post as our primary shipping company. We provide tracking information for all orders unless a discounted services is discussed and agreed by customers. 

Order process times:

• Order with Express delivery: Priority under 24 hrs between Mon-Fri
• Order with Handcraft items: 1-3 Business days depends on the material use
• Order with In-stock items: 1-2 Business days between Mon-Fri

Out of Stock items:

• If item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will refund the 'out of stock' item to your payment account. 
• Notification of Out of stock items, notification will automatically sent if item is back in stock. However, some seasonal item will be discontinued without further notice.

• Standard parcel post: $8.50 Flat rate ( 2-7 working days)
• Express parcel post: $13.50 Flat rate ( 1-3 working days)
• Free Standard shipping available for eligible orders
• Wholesale shipping rate $20 
• NZ standard: $10 Flat rate (3-28 working days)
• NZ express: $25 Flat rate (2 to 5 days)

- International - (Shipped from Australia)

• Standard parcel post: $22.5 AUD (9 - 20 working days)
• Express parcel post: $30 AUD (7-15 working days)
• Free Standard shipping for order over $150* AUD

RETURN RATE:

• With self-return option, flat rate return available for $8.50 per return (within Australia only)
• You can also purchase your own return lable.

We do not take the responsibilities for:

• The lost of item during transition by Australia Post
• The delay in transition by Australia Post
• The damage of item during transition by Australia Post
• The stolen / fail to deliver items by Australia Post 

Customers will have the rights to choose different delivery companies and couriers by their own costs to deliver their items.
