Shipping policy

We use Australia Post as our primary shipping provider. Tracking information is provided for all orders unless discounted shipping services are specifically discussed and agreed upon by the customer.

Order Processing Times

  • Express Orders: Priority dispatch within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Handcrafted Items: 1–3 business days depending on materials used

  • In-Stock Items: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, the out-of-stock item will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Back-in-stock notifications are automatically available for eligible products

  • Some seasonal items may be discontinued without further notice

Shipping to Europe is currently suspended. Customers located in Europe may place orders through our Etsy store: mangojellyaustralia.

Return Policy

  • Self-return flat rate: $8.50 per return (Australia only)

  • Customers may also purchase their own return label
