RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MANGO JELLY.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items should be returned in the original packaging where possible
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product. These include:

• Surprise or mystery products (such as Surprise Hamper Boxes)
• Items selected or packed randomly
• Products purchased as part of a personal preference or surprise selection

However, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are entitled to request a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the faulty or incorrect item so we can assist you quickly.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers within Australia may use our self-return option with a flat rate return label of $8.50 per return.

Customers may also arrange their own return shipping label if preferred.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the unavailable item will be refunded to the original payment method.
