Important note:
- Product Perfection: Although we try our best to create the perfect resin piece, sometimes defect can appear at the finished product, either small bubbles or big bubbles at the edge. So at each product description, we will valued our product perfection and defect will be listed.
- Pricing: We priced each piece individually, depends on their perfection and defects. With defects that are not obvious (such as small bubble at the bottom edge), we will offer a small mark down on the products.
- Quality: We are keeping our perfection as close to 100% as possible, some pieces with major defects are not available to sell. All products that listed are 100% functional.
- About Resin Products: Resin products create a beautiful glass-like effects but with strong strength, they don't break easily like glass or ceramic. All colours and decoration are sealed inside the resin, they're durable and will be lasting for super long time. They're also 100% water-proof.
Shipping & Return
We use Australia Post as our primary shipping provider. Tracking information is provided for all orders unless discounted shipping services are specifically discussed and agreed upon by the customer.
